Payment Information
Payments are processed through Square. F.T.M. Coffee Co.’s website does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. Square’s handling of payment information is governed by Square’s own privacy and security practices.
How We Use Information
We use information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, respond to inquiries, send messages a customer requested, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain website security, comply with legal and tax obligations, and improve our products and services.
Service Providers
We use service providers where necessary to operate the business, including Cloudflare for website hosting, security, form processing, and serverless data storage; Square for checkout and payment processing; Google Analytics for website traffic and usage measurement; Meta Platforms (including the Meta Pixel) and Pinterest for social-commerce, traffic, conversion, and advertising measurement; Zoho for business email; and shipping carriers for delivery. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services or meet legal requirements.
Email Communications
We may reply to customer messages and send order-related communications. Promotional email is sent only to people who voluntarily sign up. Promotional messages will include a way to unsubscribe. Transactional order and support messages may still be sent when necessary.
Cookies and Browser Storage
The site may use cookies, local browser storage, or similar technology for functions such as remembering cart contents, checkout information, security, basic site operation, and website traffic and conversion measurement through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Pinterest. These technologies may receive technical information such as page URLs, browser/device information, traffic source, and product or checkout interactions. F.T.M. does not configure the Meta Pixel in this release to send customer email, phone number, shipping address, or payment-card information. Clearing browser data may remove saved cart information.
Sharing and Selling Information
F.T.M. Coffee Co. does not sell customer personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.
Data Retention and Security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer service, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and business records. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request review or deletion.
Your Choices
You may ask questions about personal information, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable by emailing support@ftmcoffeeco.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, or transaction purposes.
